Syngonium 'Silver Fox'

Regular price $ 24.99 Sale

Syngonium 'Silver Fox' is a striking tropical houseplant prized for its distinctive silvery-gray foliage with deep green veining. Native to the rainforests of Central and South America, this compact aroid thrives in warm, humid environments and adapts well to indoor cultivation. This cultivar belongs to the Araceae family and develops arrow-shaped leaves with a luminous silver coloring that intensifies with maturity. It's a moderate grower that can be trained as a climbing or trailing plant depending on your support structure.

Provide bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sun, which can fade the silvery markings. Tolerates lower light but grows more slowly.  Keep soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. Water when the top inch of soil feels dry. Reduce frequency in winter months.  Prefers high humidity (50–70%). Mist regularly or place on a pebble tray with water to maintain moisture levels.  Maintain temperatures between 65–75°F. Protect from cold drafts and temperatures below 60°F.  Use well-draining potting mix rich in organic matter. A blend of peat moss, perlite, and orchid bark works well.  Feed monthly during growing season (spring and summer) with diluted, balanced houseplant fertilizer.  Easily propagated from stem cuttings placed in water or moist soil. A rewarding choice for collectors seeking an elegant, manageable tropical plant.
