Jordan’s Jungle guarantees all of our plants to be alive and healthy upon receipt and to remain that way for 7 days. Because plants are living beings, and we no longer have control over their care, we cannot be responsible for death or damage after 7 days of receipt or delivery, as determined by the US Postal Service.
PLEASE NOTE that with 90% of businesses drastically increasing their shipping of products, the postal service, along with FedEx, UPS and Amazon are all backed up a bit. They are trying their best to get all orders delivered within the time frame, but it is difficult.
Please have patience, and understand that once an order is packed and picked up by USPS, there is nothing we can do, other than watch the same tracking info you are provided with.
We can not be held responsible for damages and extended delays caused by shipping. Claims for reimbursement can be made directly through the USPS website.
If you need to make a claim for refund or replacement, we ask that you email us right away (at JordansJungleRI@gmail.com) and include at least 1 clear photograph of the death and / or damage. If multiple plants are dead or damaged, please be sure to include a separate photo of each plant you are claiming.
We reserve the right to offer refund or replacement, due to availability or shipping cost.
Please note that 1 or 2 damaged leaves does not constitute damage. Broken or bent leaves can be removed by carefully pulling them down towards the base of the plant. Rest assured, these leaves will grow back and your plant will continue to flourish.
