DUE TO SIGNIFICANT DELAYS IN SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
WE HAVE MADE THE DIFFICULT DECISION TO SUSPEND ALL SHIPPING

UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

We sincerely apologize for this, however, we have seen far too many issues with orders being delayed, frozen, etc.
We hope to begin shipping again soon, but will only do so once we feel that the USPS can safely and swiftly deliver your order.

OUR GUARANTEE AND PROCEDURES
We guarantee live delivery of every plant we ship, as long as the package is delivered in the guaranteed timeframe of USPS.
We can not be held responsible for shipping delays/death/missing packages due to the Postal Service.
Shipping plants is a tedious job, but we love to share our babies with you.
Please understand that a broken or torn leaf or stem is somewhat expected, even though we do everything we can to protect your new plants.
This does not constitute damage, as the leaf or stem can be removed  and a healthy plant will remain, ready to start growing again.
Each plant is shipped in it's nursery pot, wrapped and taped to keep the soil in the pot and protect the roots.
The entire plant and pot is then wrapped in padding for added protection, boxed and further padded for a safe journey. 
Unfortunately, once your package leaves us, we no longer have any control over it's adventure to you, but that doesn't mean we aren't here to help, should something go wrong.
From time to time, packages get banged up, and sometimes lost all together.  This is very unfortunate, but not common.
Should something happen to your package, we can assist you in filing a claim with USPS to rectify the situation and get you reimbursement.

SHIPPING AND PURCHASING TIPS
We have found over the years that certain pot sizes, purchased together, ship very well, and some don't.
We do not typically recommend purchasing a 4" pot and a 6" pot to ship together. The box needed for the 6" pot is much larger than that needed for the 4" pot and while it is doable, it does increase the risk of damage.
All pot sizes ship great alone, or in even numbers - 2,4,6 etc. - of the same size.
Generally, 5" and 6" pots are interchangeable and can ship well together.

WINTER SHIPPING
In colder weather we double box each package and use 72 hour heat packs to prevent your new plants from getting too cold.
Should our, or your weather be too cold and wintery, we will hold off shipping until it is safe to do so.
Heat packs and double boxes are included for free in your shipping charge.

SHIPPING DEADLINES
There are a few very busy times of year for us for shipping.
Major holidays can cause delays in shipping and package delivery.
Because of this, we do not guarantee order shipping or delivery for Christmas, Valentine's Day or Mother's Day if your order is placed less than 14 days prior to the Holiday.

INVENTORY ISSUES
From time to time we experience inventory issues with online orders and instore purchases.
Please understand that instore purchases take precedence and occasionally sell out of something instore before we get to pull your order.
Should this happen, we sincerely apologize, and will reach out to you to offer a refund, substitution or wait list.
