We guarantee live delivery of every plant we ship, as long as the package is delivered in the guaranteed timeframe of USPS.
Shipping plants is a tedious job, but we love to share our babies with you.
Please understand that a broken or torn leaf or stem is somewhat expected, even though we do everything we can to protect your new plants.
This does not constitute damage, as the leaf or stem can be removed and a healthy plant will remain, ready to start growing again.
From time to time, packages get banged up, and sometimes lost all together. This is very unfortunate, but not common.
Should something happen to your package, we can assist you in filing a claim with USPS to rectify the situation and get you reimbursement.
We do not typically recommend purchasing a 4" pot and a 6" pot to ship together. The box needed for the 6" pot is much larger than that needed for the 4" pot and while it is doable, it does increase the risk of damage.
Generally, 5" and 6" pots are interchangeable and can ship well together.
WE DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING IN POTS LARGER THAN 6"
Should our, or your weather be too cold and wintery, we will hold off shipping until it is safe to do so.
Because of this, we do not guarantee order shipping or delivery for Christmas, Valentine's Day or Mother's Day if your order is placed less than 14 days prior to the Holiday.
From time to time we experience inventory issues with online orders and instore purchases.
Please understand that instore purchases take precedence and occasionally sell out of something instore before we get to pull your order.
