Light:
A brightly lit spot without direct sunshine is suggested. A small amount of morning sun is not a problem, and will actually help Pothos grow well.
Watering:
Pothos do best when the first 1/4" - 1/2" of soil is allowed to dry out. We suggest watering once a week. You do not want to over-water, which can lead to root rot. Under-watering is not generally an issue for Pothos, as they will wilt when they are too dry, but bounce right back when given a drink.
Soil:
Any high quality, natural potting soil will work very well. Drainage is suggested for Pothos, to prevent them from becoming water-logged and rotting.
Peat-based soils, mixed with perlite is also a great suggestion. Some people have actually used a Cactus or Succulent blend for Pothos with great results.

Fertilizer:
If you feel the need to, you can use a balanced houseplant fertilizer once a month, or every other week in the summer. Fertilizing is only truly necessary if the soil conditions are poor.
