Nepenthes copelandii is a striking tropical pitcher plant native to the rainforests of Borneo. This carnivorous species features elongated, deep red pitchers with distinctive peristome (rim) markings and thrives in humid, warm conditions.
Care Tips: Maintain high humidity (60–80%) and bright, indirect light. Water with distilled or rainwater to keep soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. Provide warm temperatures between 70–85°F and ensure excellent air circulation. Feed occasionally with small insects or use diluted fertilizer if natural prey is unavailable. Repot every 1–2 years in a well-draining mix of sphagnum moss and perlite. This species rewards attentive care with vigorous growth and abundant pitcher production.
